How to Install GSM for Hitachi ZX890-7 Excavator

This instruction show you guide on how to install GSM for Hitachi ZX890-7 excavator.

Procedures:
1. Install GSM (24) to bracket (22) with screws, washers (23) (4 used)
2. Connect connectors (25) (2 used).

 3. Install bracket (20) with bolts, washers (21) (2 used).

: 10 N·m

4. Install the cover (11) assembly with washers (13) (2 used), bolts (12) (2 used) and screws, washers (7) (2 used). At this
time, install also duct (19).

: 10 N·m
Screw, Washer (7)
: 5 N·m

5. Install cover (9). Connect connector (17) and connectors (18) (2 used).
6. Install bolt, washers (10) and, screw, washers (8) (2 used).

: 10 N·m

: 5 N·m
7. Install the cover (14) assembly with bolt (15), washers (16), screws, washer (6), and screw (5).

: 13 mm
: 10 N·m
Screw, Washer (6) and Screw (5)
: 5 N·m

8. Install cover (4).

9. Install caps (3) (4 used).
10. Slide seat (2) to the rear side. Raise seat (2).

11. Close door (1)

12. Set the battery disconnect switch to the ON position.
